SIM CHYE GUAN

Mr. Sim joined the Jin Cheng Group of Company in May 2021 as Assistant General Manager, bringing a wealth of experience and expertise to the role. His primary responsibilities include overseeing the operations of the group’s core precast manufacturing business, ensuring efficiency, quality, and continuous improvement in all processes.

With 20 years of experience in the precast manufacturing industry, Mr. Sim possesses a deep understanding of both the technical and managerial aspects of the field. Prior to joining Jin Cheng, he held senior managerial positions at another established precast manufacturer, where he was instrumental in driving operational success, implementing best practices, and fostering a culture of excellence.

Mr. Sim holds an Honors Degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Queensland, Australia. His educational foundation, combined with his industry experience, has allowed him to contribute significantly to the organization.
