Mr. Lam began his involvement in Singapore’s precast industry almost 40 years ago, when Singapore was just starting to explore precast construction in public housing. After founding Jin Cheng Building Construction (JCBC) in 1994, he has actively introduced significant innovations, particularly in Prefabricated Prefinished Volumetric Construction (PPVC) in Singapore and the Industrialized Building System (IBS) in Malaysia, offering efficient and excellent prefabrication technology. Currently serving as Deputy Managing Director of Jin Cheng Group of Companies, Mr. Lam provides strategic guidance and fosters innovation to keep the company at the forefront of industry trends.

His commitment to developing talent is evident through initiatives like the UTM University internship, which empowers the next generation of professionals. Additionally, Lam’s emphasis on integrating Artificial Intelligence into construction processes aims to streamline operations and enhance project efficiency.
