PENG GUANG ZHENG

Mr. Peng joined the Group in 2014. As part of the management team, he drives to establish the design and project team, and expand the factory operation team to suit the expansion of group’s business. In his current role as Executive Director, he oversees the group’s operation including project execution, design and factory operation. Mr. Peng plays a pivotal role in driving the success of the organizations he serves. His adept project management skills enable him to navigate complex challenges and deliver projects on time and within budget, while his design acumen ensures the implementation of innovative solutions that meet client requirements. Additionally, his proficiency in computing enhances operational efficiency and facilitates seamless communication and collaboration within project teams. With his educational background and diverse skill set, Mr. Peng continues to contribute significantly to the growth and success of the companies under his stewardship, positioning them for sustained excellence in the competitive construction industry in both Singapore and Malaysia market.

Mr. Peng has more than 20 years of working experience in the construction industry. He started his career as a design engineer in a design firm in year 2000. After that, he worked in main contractors for varies mega projects at local and oversea such as Toa Payoh RC34, Fairmount Residence at Palm Jumeirah at UAE, Resort World at Sentosa, Pinnacle at Duxton and Baha Mar Resort at Bahamas till year 2014 before he joined Jin Cheng.

Mr. Peng holds an Honours Degree in Civil Engineering and a Master of Science (International Construction Management) from the Nanyang Technological University, Singapore. Mr. Peng brings a wealth of theoretical knowledge and practical expertise to his endeavors, ensuring the successful execution of projects across various domains.
