Since joining Jin Cheng Engineering and Construction Pte Ltd in 2010, Mr. Wong has been a vital force in the company’s expansion and workforce development. His strategic vision and leadership were crucial in establishing the Jin Cheng Group of Companies, guiding it to become a major player in the precast industry. Under his direction, the company has achieved remarkable growth, captured a substantial market share, and set new industry approaches for excellence and innovation.

Mr. Wong holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree from The University of Adelaide in Australia and a Master of Science in Civil Engineering from Nanyang Technological University. He is a staunch advocate for diversity, believing that embracing new ideas and challenges is key to fostering innovation. This belief has shaped his leadership approach, fostering a dynamic and inclusive work environment that encourages creativity and collaboration. By promoting a culture that values diverse perspectives, Mr. Wong has driven Jin Cheng to continuously innovate and excel, solidifying its position as a leading enterprise in the precast industry.

Mr. Lam began his involvement in Singapore’s precast industry almost 40 years ago, when Singapore was just starting to explore precast construction in public housing. After founding Jin Cheng Building Construction (JCBC) in 1994, he has actively introduced significant innovations, particularly in Prefabricated Prefinished Volumetric Construction (PPVC) in Singapore and the Industrialized Building System (IBS) in Malaysia, offering efficient and excellent prefabrication technology. Currently serving as Deputy Managing Director of Jin Cheng Group of Companies, Mr. Lam provides strategic guidance and fosters innovation to keep the company at the forefront of industry trends.

His commitment to developing talent is evident through initiatives like the UTM University internship, which empowers the next generation of professionals. Additionally, Lam’s emphasis on integrating Artificial Intelligence into construction processes aims to streamline operations and enhance project efficiency.

Furthermore, his dedication to Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) practices embodies a vision for responsible and sustainable development, shaping a future where precast construction benefits both communities and the environment.

Mr. Huang began his journey in the precast industry in 1990, providing specialized in subcontracted workforce services. His dedication and vision led to the establishment of Jin Cheng Building Construction (JCBC) in 1994. With over 30 years of diverse and in-depth experience, Mr. Huang has been instrumental in shaping the company’s growth and success. He oversees several key aspects of the Group’s operations, particularly workforce management, ensuring that the company consistently meets the highest standards of quality and efficiency.

Mr. Huang firmly believes that fostering a sense of belonging in the workplace significantly enhances employee performance and dedication. His leadership style emphasizes creating a supportive and inclusive work environment, which has been crucial in driving greater on-the-job effort and achieving outstanding results. Through his commitment to these principles, Mr. Huang has not only improved employee satisfaction and retention but also strengthened Jin Cheng’s reputation as a leading company in the precast sector.

Mr. Peng joined the Group in 2014. As part of the management team, he drives to establish the design and project team, and expand the factory operation team to suit the expansion of group’s business. In his current role as Executive Director, he oversees the group’s operation including project execution, design and factory operation. Mr. Peng plays a pivotal role in driving the success of the organizations he serves. His adept project management skills enable him to navigate complex challenges and deliver projects on time and within budget, while his design acumen ensures the implementation of innovative solutions that meet client requirements. Additionally, his proficiency in computing enhances operational efficiency and facilitates seamless communication and collaboration within project teams. With his educational background and diverse skill set, Mr. Peng continues to contribute significantly to the growth and success of the companies under his stewardship, positioning them for sustained excellence in the competitive construction industry in both Singapore and Malaysia market.

Mr. Peng has more than 20 years of working experience in the construction industry. He started his career as a design engineer in a design firm in year 2000. After that, he worked in main contractors for varies mega projects at local and oversea such as Toa Payoh RC34, Fairmount Residence at Palm Jumeirah at UAE, Resort World at Sentosa, Pinnacle at Duxton and Baha Mar Resort at Bahamas till year 2014 before he joined Jin Cheng.

Mr. Peng holds an Honours Degree in Civil Engineering and a Master of Science (International Construction Management) from the Nanyang Technological University, Singapore. Mr. Peng brings a wealth of theoretical knowledge and practical expertise to his endeavors, ensuring the successful execution of projects across various domains.

Dr. Lam serves as the Executive Director for the Malaysia business unit since 1998. In this role, he is responsible for preparing corporate and annual business plans, actively monitoring their implementation to ensure the company meets its objectives efficiently and cost-effectively. His strategic acumen enables him to provide valuable advice and guidance to the board, keeping them informed of industry developments and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.

Dr. Lam holds a PhD/Honorary Doctorate in Organizational Behaviour from Infrastructure University, as well as an MBA in Global Business from SEGI University, Malaysia. He is also a member of the Master Builders Association Malaysia (MBAM) and served as Ex President of Koperasi Rakyat Berhad in 2021. Additionally, Dr. Lam is committee member of the Guangdong Association Malaysia, reflecting his commitment to fostering industry connections and contributing to the community.

Mr. Koh joined Jin Cheng Group of Companies in 2017 as Executive Director. With over 37 years of extensive experience in his career, Mr. Koh has been instrumental in driving the Company’s strategic initiatives and growth. His expertise spans over various aspects of civil engineering, project management, and leadership in the construction industry. Mr. Koh holds an Honours Degree in Civil Engineering from University of Strathclyde, UK, which has provided him with a strong foundation in the technical and practical aspects of the field.

His professional journey includes significant contributions to major fast track and infrastructure projects, innovative construction techniques, and sustainable development practices.

Throughout his career, Mr. Koh has been recognized for his commitment to excellence, integrity, and dedication to advancing the industry. His leadership at Jin Cheng has been marked by a focus on innovation, quality, and client satisfaction, ensuring that the Company remains at the forefront of the construction sector.

Mr. Sim joined the Jin Cheng Group of Company in May 2021 as Assistant General Manager, bringing a wealth of experience and expertise to the role. His primary responsibilities include overseeing the operations of the group’s core precast manufacturing business, ensuring efficiency, quality, and continuous improvement in all processes.

With 20 years of experience in the precast manufacturing industry, Mr. Sim possesses a deep understanding of both the technical and managerial aspects of the field. Prior to joining Jin Cheng, he held senior managerial positions at another established precast manufacturer, where he was instrumental in driving operational success, implementing best practices, and fostering a culture of excellence.

Mr. Sim holds an Honors Degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Queensland, Australia. His educational foundation, combined with his industry experience, has allowed him to contribute significantly to the organization.

Ms Lo joined the company as Deputy General Manager, bringing over 20 years of experience in the building construction and precast industry. She has spearheaded numerous significant projects across Singapore, showcasing her adeptness in innovative and practical precast construction. Her tenure in previous Singapore-listed companies also fostered a culture of continuous improvement and innovation, empowering the team to reach new heights of excellence in the sector.

Beyond her local accomplishments, Ms Lo has oversea experience in project construction and property development in Mainland China and Macau SAR, as well as blended unique skills to operate in diverse markets and implement best practices in construction.

Ms Lo holds a Master of Science in Civil Engineering from Nanyang Technological University, Singapore and a Bachelor of Civil Engineering (Hons) from RMIT University, Australia. Her robust academic background, combined with practical industry knowledge, positions Ms Lo as a crucial role in our company.
